Work at Clutch Racing
Want to join the clutch racing team?
At Clutch Racing, we're hiring passionate people to help build more than just a venue — we're creating Gold Coast's premier destination for motorsport, technology and hospitality. From high-end racing simulators to a premium lounge environment, every job at Clutch Racing is part of something genuinely different.
We’re looking for passionate, driven people who want to be part of something different — whether that’s delivering incredible customer experiences, running competitive events, or working behind the scenes with cutting-edge sim racing technology. As we work towards opening the venue, we’ll be hiring across a range of roles, many of which will continue to evolve as we grow. We’re looking for people who can adapt, take initiative, and grow with the business. As a niche hospitality concept, traditional experience in some roles may be limited — which is why attitude, personality, and a genuine passion for what we’re building are just as important as professional experience.
We are planning to open the venue in October 2026 and the positions will be filled at different times leading up to that, please be patient.
See our current and upcoming jobs below. We're also open to hearing from people with skills in content creation, social media, graphic design and other areas — if you think you'd be a great fit for the Clutch Racing team, get in touch.
