Pit crew

Be part of the front line of Clutch Racing. As a member of our Pit Crew, you’ll help deliver a high-energy, social experience where great service meets motorsport. From welcoming guests and serving food and drinks to assisting with simulator sessions and keeping the venue running smoothly, you’ll be right at the centre of the action.

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional hospitality. You’ll help guests get the most out of their time on track, support events and race nights, and contribute to an atmosphere that feels more like race weekend than a standard venue.

As we grow, there will also be opportunities to get more involved in events, competitions, and other areas of the business depending on your interests and strengths. We’re looking for people who are adaptable, bring great energy, and want to be part of building something from the ground up.

• Welcome guests and deliver a friendly, high-energy customer experience
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards
• Assist guests with simulator sessions and help them get the most out of their experience
• Help manage the flow of sessions and ensure everything runs on time
• Support events, race nights, and group bookings as part of the wider team
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the venue at all times
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a fun and engaging atmosphere
• Assist with general venue operations during busy periods
• Contribute to delivering a seamless experience on and off the track

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Good communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
• Basic hospitality experience preferred, with a willingness to learn and develop further
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative when needed
• Strong work ethic and willingness to help across all areas of the venue
• Ability to stay organised and perform well during busy periods
• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Interest in motorsport, sim racing, or gaming
• Experience in hospitality, bar service, or customer-facing roles
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
• Confidence using basic POS systems or handling orders
• Experience supporting events, functions, or group bookings
• Ability to assist guests with basic tech or gaming setups
• Barista or cocktail experience (advantageous but not essential)
