Tournament director

Part time or full time

About the ROle

Take control of the competitive side of Clutch Racing. As Tournament Director, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering everything from casual race nights to structured competitions and leagues. This is a hands-on role at the centre of the action, where organisation, communication, and a passion for racing all come together.

In the early stages, you’ll also be part of the wider crew — serving guests, supporting venue operations, and helping deliver a seamless experience on and off the track. As our tournament offering grows, the role will naturally evolve, with a stronger focus on competitions, race control, and building the venue’s competitive scene.

You’ll oversee race formats, manage grids, and act as race control during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Just as importantly, you’ll help build a strong and engaging community — creating an environment that keeps racers coming back and makes every event feel like a real motorsport experience.

This is more than just running events. It’s an opportunity to shape the competitive identity of the venue and play a key role in building something from the ground up.
