About the ROle

Play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Clutch Racing. As Assistant Team Principal, you’ll work closely with the Team Principal to ensure the venue runs smoothly, the team is supported, and every guest has a high-quality experience from start to finish.

You’ll lead shifts on the floor, coordinate staff, and maintain high standards across service, operations, and overall presentation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in the hospitality side of the business — supporting the team, managing the flow of service, and ensuring the venue runs seamlessly during both regular trade and events.

You’ll be a key point of leadership for the crew, helping to drive consistency, energy, and performance across every shift. From managing busy periods to supporting team development, you’ll play an important role in delivering an experience that keeps guests coming back.

This is more than just a supervisory role. It’s an opportunity to be part of building and leading a team from the ground up, helping shape the culture of the venue and contributing to the success of a unique, motorsport-driven experience.
