Clutch Racing Returns and Warranty Policy

Returns

At Clutch Racing we have a thirty (30) day returns policy in which a customer can claim a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase.

The following conditions apply to the returns of goods:

  • A request must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods by the customer.
  • The goods must be returned sealed and unused in and with all original packaging ready to restock.
  • All costs associated with the return of the goods are assumed by the customer.
  • The goods must be shipped back to Clutch Racing with the same or greater amount of care that they were shipped to the customer.
  • Once received and inspected, Clutch Racing will issue a refund if it satisfies these conditions by the same method that was made when purchasing.

Requests can be made for returns that do not satisfy these conditions completely, but they will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may incur repackaging or restocking fees if approved.

To begin the returns process, please email support@clutchracing.com.au and provide and order number, reason for return and any other information you deem relevant.  We will endeavour to process the return as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Clutch Racing will back and facilitate the processing of factory warranty for goods we sell, if it was purchased from us.  The process may vary from brand to brand.  The length of the warranty will be shown on each products store page as well as a link to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions where available.

To begin a warranty claim, please send an email to support@clutchracing.com.au containing you order number, a description of the issue, photographs and/or screenshots and any other information that you think may be helpful.  We will begin the process as soon as possible once this information is received.

We will endeavour to get you racing as quickly as possible but the speed at which we can rectify the problem will be largely determined by the manufacturer.
