Events and relationship manager
Part time or full time
About the ROle
Drive the growth and experience of Clutch Racing through events, partnerships, and client relationships. As Events & Relationships Manager, you’ll be responsible for turning enquiries into bookings and delivering standout experiences across corporate events, group bookings, and private functions.
From the first point of contact through to event delivery, you’ll manage the full client journey — building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. You’ll play a key role in positioning the venue as a go-to destination for corporate entertainment, team building, and social events.
In the early stages, you’ll also be part of the wider crew — supporting venue operations, assisting during events, and helping deliver a seamless experience on the floor. As the business grows, the role will evolve with a stronger focus on driving bookings, developing partnerships, and expanding the venue’s presence in the market.
This is more than just an events role. It’s an opportunity to help shape the commercial success of the venue, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in bringing the Clutch Racing experience to life.
