PitPower MagLock uses the MagSafe standard and is compatible with iPhone 12 and all newer models including iPhone 13, 14, 15, and 16 series. Older iPhones without built-in MagSafe are not natively compatible. Android phones are not supported as MagSafe is an Apple standard.

Yes — the included 65W QC3.0 charger comes with interchangeable plugs including EU, US, and UK adapters. For Australia you'll need a simple AU/NZ travel adapter plug which is widely available and inexpensive, or you can use your own Australian USB-C charger with the included braided USB-C cable.

Yes — MagSafe provides a strong magnetic hold that is more than sufficient for sim racing. The MagicArm also locks the mount position solidly once adjusted, so the entire assembly stays rigid. The combination of MagSafe magnetic attachment and the locked MagicArm means your phone won't move even under high force feedback intensity.

It depends on the case. MagSafe works through MagSafe-compatible cases, which include Apple's own cases and most cases specifically labelled as MagSafe compatible. Thick non-MagSafe cases may reduce or block the magnetic connection. We recommend using a MagSafe-compatible case or no case for the best attachment strength.

The MagicArm connects to your rig via the included 1/4" to M8 aluminium adapter and M8 T-Nut, which slots into standard aluminium extrusion profiles found on virtually all sim rigs. Once inserted and tightened, the MagicArm provides 360° of articulation to position your phone at exactly the right angle and height.

PitPower MagLock uses Apple's MagSafe magnetic standard and is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and newer. PitPower AutoGrip uses a spring-loaded mechanical grip and is compatible with virtually any smartphone regardless of brand or model. If you use an iPhone, either will work — MagLock gives a cleaner, cable-free snap-on experience. If you use Android or an older iPhone, AutoGrip is the right choice.
