The Floor Plan

We worked for a long time with the great team at Collectivus to come up with a floor plan that nails what we are trying to achieve.  The building was designed somewhat from scratch which actually made it more difficult that fitting what we needed into a pre defined space.  We have managed to cram 24 simulators, a bar, a kitchen, a small show room, a small warehouse and of course some toilets into a 650m space in a way that, we think, works.  We tried to make every meter count so that we aren't paying for wasted space while giving each area room to breath.
